EOLE Midwest, Inc. complies with all State and Federal regulations and issues all customers a Certificate of Recycling, releasing them of the liabilities associated with the proper handling and disposal of these materials. A rigorous reception procedure ensures precise identification of E-Waste materials on arrival at our collection center. Immediately after unloading, the materials are weighed and recorded to allow for batch traceability. This tracking service ensures the complete processing of all e-waste to the customer’s satisfaction and predetermined levels. This is further guaranteed via the issuance of the e-waste Recycling Certificate.
Data Destruction
EOLE Midwest, Inc. can provide its customers with a detailed Certificate of Data Destruction to ensure you that your data has been permanently eliminated.
EOLE’s data destruction process affords its customers complete destruction of their information as well as complete transparency. Upon reception, hardware, containing information sensitive information, i.e. hard drives, will be inventoried via bar scan. Once, inventoried hardware will be destroyed using physical methods ranging from HDD platter punch to complete shred. Such destruction methods enable compliance covering DoD; HIPAA; Sarbanes-Oxley Act; Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act; FACTA Disposal Rule; Bank Secrecy Act; Patriot Act of 2002; Identity Theft and Assumption Deterrence Act; US Safe Harbor Provisions; PCI Data Security Standard.
